Mrs. Grace West, 84, mother of Lowell West, 640 Sugartree Road, died early Tuesday morning in a Clermont, Fla. hospital after a short illness. She and her husband moved from Gary to Florida in 1964. Surviving are her husband, Paul H. West; two sons, Lowell and Richard of Gary; a daughter, Mrs. T. E. Hartill of Richton Park, Ill.; a brother, Roy Waterston of Hobart; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Kurfiss Funeral Home, 1018 West Ave., Clermont. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Clermont.
